A Leading Client is looking for a Consultant that trives in a fast paced environment and wants to make those placements.

​

The committed individual should be willing to give 200% and have a passion for commission.

• Developing new business opportunities

•  Build and maintain client relationships as well as candidate database

• Shortlist and interview candidates across a range of industries

• Managing the candidate placement process

• Cold Calling

• Client Presentations at executive level

  Career Transition:

• Facilitating training on career transition.

• Career Coaching

• A degree/ diploma

• Placement in the Accounting Industry is essential

• A strong sales personality profile

• Excellent communication skills

• Work experience in client –facing or sales environment

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience

• Own vehicle

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Service industry sales experience

• Financially Minded ( will adapt to pricing and negotiations)

Salary is market related
