No Stress, we have innovatively come up with a concept that will not only get you the perfect candidate but we only charge you a set fee based on the candidates salary bracket. Once our candidate are placed, then only will you will be charged. I am happy to say you will be saving on a good few thousands on each candidate.

Includes Criminal check and Background Screening. We commit to the full recruitment process of shortlisting, setting up interviews and placing the candidates at your doorstep

How does this work?
1. You send us the job description
2. We will send you 10 CV’s with our candidates name, contact details and current & last previous company name kept confidential.
3. You will be able to view their past employers and work experience, their age, current salary, expected salary and notice period.
4. Once you are happy with any of the CV’s, client processes 50% payment and their full CV’s will be sent through to you and it is now in your capable hands to set up their interviews and place the right candidate for the job.
5. Client is responsible for calling the clients, interviewing and shortlisting them.
6. If any of our candidates are chosen for the job, the remaining 50% of the fee will be charged. If none of our candidates have been chosen for the position, the balance 50% will not have to be paid.
7. Fee will not have to be paid if none of our CV’s were chosen for the job
8. It is the obligation of Hashtag Recruitment to supply the correct CV’s to the client according to the Job description.
