Our client a reputable name within the Education Institution requires the services of a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team.
​
Duties and Responsibilities:

Keeping budget, time and production constraints in mind.
-
Preparing mockups and presenting to Marketing Director and Marketing Manager before deciding on a final design/concept.
-
Ensure signoff/approval before finalizing artwork.
-
Working and collaborating with art directors, copywriters, photographers and other designers.
-
Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media
-
Adhering to the brand identity and guidelines.
-
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
-
Working with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
-
Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/color codes before being sent to press and production facilities.

Work on multiple briefs at the same time.

Requirements/Skills and Qualifications:
-
Matric and a three (3) year diploma in Graphic Design.
-
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a graphic design environment.
-
Proven graphic designing experience.
-
Knowledge of professional and technical aspects of graphic production, editing & proofing.
-
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc).
-
Highly proficient in all design aspects.

Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.

Working with external departments to extend concept and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
-
Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities.
