Response Force Manager

Job Overview :

An experienced Response Force Manager is required for the greater Port Shepstone area in KwaZulu Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for physical guarding sites, as well as tactical teams.

Main Responsibilities/Tasks :

• Posting of security personal in accordance with the duty roster, and working with the ER Administrator should any changes to duty rosters be required

• Ensuring the highest standards of security are maintained at all client sites within your area of responsibility

• Ensuring site coverage as per client site requirements

• Ensuring that all site specific instructions/requirements are adhered to

• Training of guards on site requirements

• Being responsible for a company vehicle and ensuring it is maintained & roadworthy at all times

• Supervision of tactical and escorting teams within your area of responsibility

• Representing the Smada Brand, to create awareness & growth within the market

• Rolling out new sites & winding up of terminated sites

• Responding to emergencies/call outs, and proactive patrolling

• Cable & network protection

• Route Patrols

• Attending to incidents and submission of reports

• Responding to emergencies on site.

Minimum Requirements :

• Matric

• PSIRA Grade A or B certification

• Firearm Competency Certificate

• Valid drivers’ licence

• Clear Criminal Record

• Computer literate

Behavioural Competencies :

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to prioritise with good time management skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to submit good written reports

• Clear command of the English language

Salary – R125,000 to R130,000 per annum CTC, based on experience
