Promotions & Event Production

Leading hospitality and gaming group require a suitably qualified and experienced professional promotions and events producer.

​

• Plan, coordinate and implement cutting edge promotions/events that achieve predetermined objectives

• Ensure that promotions/events have a consistently high level of quality and positive ambience through sensory stimuli

• Liaise with guests or corporations for the successful hosting of their events

• Excel in administrative duties including the management of budgets, production schedules, project plans and post-event evaluation reports

• Manage relationships and projects between internal departments & external organisations

• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately

• Matric, with a relevant tertiary qualification

• Promotion/ event management (portfolio required)

• Sound computer skills in MS Office

• Excellent writing & presentation skills

• At least two years’ experience in a similar position
